The Electrical Assembler position overall responsibility is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical Assembly of boilers and skids and all associated equipment along with testing on all safety and operating parameters of the manufactured equipment. Test Fire technician is responsible to provide all support and service in a lean manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Technician experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to layout and bend conduit along with pulling and terminate wires.
  • Ability to read an assembly drawing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fulton Safety Training (crane, tow motor, fire, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Assemble boilers and skids according to drawings and instruction using hand tools and power tools.
  • Connect pipe, pipe fittings, conduit and wiring according to drawings and knowledge.
  • Follow all safe working practices working with hand tools, machines and vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • General assembly knowledge of parts associated with standard and custom products.
  • Work with live power as needed provided all safety measures are met.
  • Test equipment and check all safeties.
  • Insure equipment performs within the guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation and communication associated
  • Perform other duties as required.
