About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing/Assembly experience.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be well organized and knowledgeable in maintaining various equipment.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good dexterity and capability to work with small, detailed objects.

Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding instructions to assemble products or their parts and components.
• Moving the pieces or products to the next stage of the manufacturing process.
• Keeping workstations orderly and maintaining tools, parts, test equipment, and documentation.
• Following targets and deadlines for the assembly process and preparing daily reports.
• Building and developing test instructions and reviewing them for improved production efficiency.
• Ability to push/pull panel carts averaging 35-50 lbs.
