About The Position

Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, panels, or units at a bench, workstation, or designated location. Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and other technical documents. Use hand tools, small power tools, crimpers, measurement devices, and specialized equipment to complete work accurately and safely. Inspect work in progress and completed assemblies to ensure conformance to quality, engineering, and safety standards. Perform rework, repair, or reassembly of units as required to meet specifications. Maintain proper documentation of work performed, including production records, quality checks, and test results. Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors, engineering, or quality teams as appropriate. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing best practices. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience interpreting electrical drawings and using electrical assembly tools required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. as necessary. Manual dexterity required for working with small components and tools. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and activity.
