About The Position

Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and subassemblies following technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions. Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Inspect and verify completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications. Rework or reassemble units as required to meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
