Electrical Assembler I Grade 4 Innovation is the heart of Brunswick. See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in marine equipment and systems. Test finished electrical units to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide installation and repair work. Essential Functions: Proven work experience in electrical assembly. Knowledge of marine electrical systems and components a plus. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and procedural guidelines. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in electrical assembly.
  • Knowledge of marine electrical systems and components a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
  • Knowledge of programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for automating and controlling electrical systems.
  • Understanding of power distribution systems and their maintenance
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good Communication
