About The Position

Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, wiring, and hardware to form complete units or subassemblies. Use hand tools, small power tools, fixtures, and other equipment safely and effectively. Follow detailed instructions, schematics, and diagrams to complete assigned tasks. Perform basic inspections of assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Rework or reassemble units when defects or issues are identified. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation. Communicate material shortages, assembly issues, or equipment concerns to supervisors. Follow company safety practices, procedures, and quality guidelines. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of relevant training or hands-on electrical assembly experience. Basic knowledge of hand tools and small power tools. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift or move materials up to 40 lbs. as needed. Repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and fingers. Ability to reach, bend, or position body as required for assembly tasks.
