About The Position

This position involves performing specific tasks such as soldering, hardware installation, and post coating once properly trained and/or certified. The role requires close supervision to inspect one's own work to ensure it meets quality standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications. Employees are expected to comply with all rules and regulations of Raytheon Technologies, participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement plans, and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Additional responsibilities include reporting work progress to supervisors and completing assigned tasks within the scope of the job description.

Requirements

  • Requires HS Diploma or equivalent (e.g. G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform specific tasks including soldering, hardware installation, and post coating.
  • Inspect own work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

  • Acquire applicable skills and complete required trainings.

  • Report to lead or supervisor on work progress.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the scope of the job description.
  • Pass a soldering assessment after training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
