About The Position

We’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Multifamily Electrical Team as Electrical Apprentices. No prior electrical experience is required — we provide comprehensive, hands-on training and opportunities to learn from seasoned electricians in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and building a long-term trade career.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or other elevated surfaces
Reliable transportation to various job sites around the Cincinnati area
Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions
Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
(No electrical experience or trade school is required — we’ll train you.)

Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians with installing electrical systems on multifamily residential construction sites
Pull wire, install boxes, devices, conduit, and lighting fixtures under supervision
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
Maintain clean and safe job sites while handling tools and materials responsibly
Participate in on-the-job training and company-led learning opportunities
