Electrical Apprentice – Learn & Grow with a Top Workplace! We're now hiring an Electrician Apprentice to join our growing Knoxville team! This is an exciting opportunity to receive paid on-the-job training alongside a Licensed Master Electrician while contributing to meaningful home improvement work. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles
1 year of verifiable experience in construction, maintenance, service, or electrical work
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn the electrical trade
Ability to work in crawlspaces and basements (we’ll train you!)
Team-player attitude with great communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Assist our licensed electrician with residential crawlspace and basement wiring
Run new service lines to power essential waterproofing and repair equipment
Work closely with installation teams to solve real problems for real people
Gain hands-on experience while learning classroom theory
Develop a strong understanding of residential electrical work in a supportive environment
