About The Position

We are actively hiring 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to continue developing their electrical trade skills while working alongside experienced Lead Electricians on commercial and/or residential projects.
Apprentices will assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while following National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, blueprints, and project specifications.

Requirements

• 1st–4th year electrical apprentice experience
• Colorado State Apprentice License required
• Familiarity with current NEC codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to accept feedback for performance improvement
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Lead Electrician
• Cut, bend, thread, and run electrical conduit
• Pull electrical wire through conduit
• Hang lighting, equipment, and fixtures
• Terminate electrical panels
• Install outlets, switches, and electrical devices
• Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other systems
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Maintain a clean and organized job site daily
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must own basic hand tools
