Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of the construction process.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong time management skills.
• Prior electrical trade education preferred.
• Experience working in the construction field preferred.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA Certification (CSE will provide training if needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installations and troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Participate in hands-on training and coursework as part of the apprenticeship program.
• Complete daily assignments that may involve physical tasks such as bending, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, and pulling.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using construction equipment.
