Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer needs 7 years professional work experience with 3 years or more of work experience in Electrical & Instrumentation design Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer requires: Onsite M-F Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field. 7 years professional work experience 3 years or more of work experience in Electrical & Instrumentation design Proficient with AutoCAD Understanding of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, engineering standards Working knowledge of controls systems (Rockwell, Siemens, etc.) Working knowledge of controls protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, etc.) Working knowledge of the different elements of an electrical cabinet Understanding of motor controls and VFDs Understand how to size components (fuses, disconnects, power supplies, arc flash, etc.) Understanding of how to perform an electrical/controls safety review. ISA standard experience preferred.
