Lincoln Tech is seeking licensed and experienced Low Voltage Electricians to inspire the next generation of electricians by sharing their passion for the industry and teaching in our Electrical and Electronics Systems and Technology program. This role is designed for individuals who have a strong background in various electrical fields but may not have prior teaching experience. Lincoln Tech has a proven track record of successfully transitioning experienced electricians into effective educators, providing them with the necessary support and training to thrive in a classroom environment. As a Low Voltage Electrician instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and providing hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems within our fully equipped facility. You will facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech's accredited course curriculum, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education that prepares them for successful careers in the electrical field. Your role will also involve supporting and motivating student growth, professionalism, and accountability, while evaluating and communicating their progress throughout the course. In addition to imparting technical knowledge, you will teach students about the importance of safety and compliance in the electrical industry, ensuring they understand the critical nature of these aspects in their future careers.
