The Electrical and Controls Technician position involves maintaining and troubleshooting all Production PLCs, database systems, control networks, instrumentation, and electrical systems (480V and below). The role requires providing assistance to maintenance modifications and improvements as needed, including working with substations and MCCs, PLCs, HMI systems, and various management systems. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining quality control standards, performing calibration of instruments, and managing work orders within the CMMS system. The position demands a strong commitment to improving line performance and electrical/controls reliability, as well as participation in improvement teams.
