About the Program: The Electrical and Controls Leadership Program is rotational program focused on technical and leadership training at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. Participants will be mentored by experienced maintenance and engineering professionals to improve efficiency and develop manufacturing solutions. The program includes opportunities for leadership in a manufacturing environment. Duration: The program spans 24 to 30 months. Rotations: Participants engage in rotations across various areas: Operations Leadership (6 months): Managing shift operations focused on optimizing safety, efficiency, and quality to maximize throughput. Electrical Supervision (6 months): Managing daily tasks of electrical technicians overseeing, gaining exposure to leading a department & long-term planning. External Controls Training (3 months) Helps to fine tune controls skills (outside of home plant) Controls Reliability (9 months): Emphasizes improving equipment reliability and performance. Program Outcome: Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as an Electrical Supervisor/Leader or Controls Specialist at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.
