A regional Field Service Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing Field Service activities for all local Orange EV Vehicles. This individual will be able to maintain, diagnose, and repair; evaluate Remote Monitoring System data to identify possible performance related concerns; accurately record all Service work and develop pertinent reports; collaborate with customers and third-party service providers; provide technical support for sales and marketing efforts; facilitate tool and parts warehousing. Once trained, workdays are Friday through Monday (four 10-hour days), and this person would be responsible for weekend service response in the Southern California Region. While training, the schedule is Monday-Friday.
