The Special Projects Project Management Office (PMO) oversees the development and execution of safety and operational projects as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manages any other emerging projects assigned by the Executive Officer Team. The PMO is led by the COO's Chief of Staff. There are two teams in the PMO: Operations Business Execution Team and Operations Business Strategy Team. The Operations Business Execution Team focuses on driving operational excellence through strategic planning, process improvement, and performance tracking, while the Operations Business Strategy Team oversees business planning, compliance, and special projects. The Electric Program Manager, Senior will report either to the Manager, Operations Business Execution or Director, Operations Business Strategy.
