About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Tow Motor experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic testing equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complicated operations involving assembling, dismantling, cleaning, inspecting, and repairing of components within the department.
• Demonstrate a focus on safety awareness and accident prevention.
• Understand electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, maintenance manuals, and parts lists.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and implement solutions.
• Meet aggressive delivery schedules and productivity goals.
• Participate in 5S and lean projects.
• Use torches, large impact guns, sanders, grinders, drills, and other hand tools as required.
• Complete all other duties assigned by supervision, including potential braze certification.
