Lift Truck Center, Inc., the authorized dealer for Toyota, a leading brand of lift trucks, is growing and searching for a skilled Electric Forklift Technician to join our team. Pay: $25-$30 per hour based on experience and OEM Certifications Position Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30 Job Summary: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electric-powered forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other battery-powered material handling equipment. This position may involve both shop-based repairs and field service calls at customer sites. Essential Functions: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and battery-related issues on electric forklifts and related equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance, including battery testing, charger repairs, motor inspections, and controller troubleshooting. Complete accurate service reports, time entries, and parts requisitions. Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch regarding repair status, recommendations, and estimated completion times.
