Performs general electric and electronic inspections, diagnosis and repairs and replacements autonomously. Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness. Makes failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions. Performs electric and electronic activities such as low voltage panel repairs, PLC programs loading or DC/AC engines speed control. Interprets electrical drawings. Executes maintenance plans. Monitors alarms in PLC cycle. Detects abnormalities on sensors, actuators or variable speed drives. Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications. Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable. Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.
