The Coworkers of Electric Operations ensure the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration and emergency response. The Construction Management - Contract Construction team in Electric Operations plans and executes a portfolio of electric construction projects and uses contracted resources for construction. This position is responsible for supervision of Field Engineers assigned to plan and coordinate construction projects in DI and MI divisions. The Electric Distribution Supervisor manages employees involved in maintaining and/or building parts of the Electric Operations distribution grid. Supervisors will lead teams working on projects within specific divisions. The Supervisors are expected to provide safe and reliable electric service while maintaining compliance with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) General Orders, all safety regulations and other regulatory requirements. The leaders fully implement safety best practices and manage employees’ accountability. Supervisors must ensure full compliance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: California Minimum: $129,000 CaliforniaMaximum: $207,000
