About The Position

Domino's is hiring Delivery Bikers to join our team! This position allows you to earn extra cash daily while enjoying the outdoors on our pedal assist e-Bikes. You will receive an hourly base pay plus tips, and we offer cell phone data usage reimbursement for using our delivery navigation app. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision plans after a waiting period, along with a meal discount plan, 401(K), paid training, and flexible work hours. Our pedal assist bikes are designed for fun and efficiency, allowing you to stay active while working without feeling worn out at the end of your shift. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to remain active (walking, biking, climbing stairs) for periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, bend, stand, and sit for periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Good communication and navigation skills.
• Must have a cell phone with a data plan.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a delivery or customer service role.
• Familiarity with local roads and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area with regard to safety, security, and timeliness.
• Follow all safety requirements and comply with road regulations.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying products.
• Accurately count back change and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and prepare products.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
