About The Position

SUMMARY Responsible for delivering food to customers. Receives cash payments and verifies credit card information for orders received telephonically. Needs to project a favorable image of the restaurant. Incumbent is responsible for providing his/her own vehicle with insurance for deliveries. Salary: $12.80 per hour + Tips SCHEDULE: 9AM -3AM

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Possesses navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
Must be able to process the correct change for cash orders
Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
