About The Position

Domino's is now hiring Delivery Bikers! Our e-Bikes are powered with pedal assist, to bring you up to speed quicker! Earn an hourly base pay PLUS tips. Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for full-time employees after the waiting period. Meal discount plan, paid training, and flexible work hours are also included. A pedal assist bike is a bicycle with a battery and electric motor, allowing you to ride at speeds just under 20mph. This position offers a fun way to stay active while working and contributes to decreasing emissions.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare products
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
• Deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area with regard to safety, security, and timeliness

Responsibilities

• Be at least 18 years old
• Follow all safety requirements
• Understand and comply with road regulations
• Remain active (walking, biking, climbing stairs) for periods of time
• Crouch, bend, stand, and sit for periods of time
• Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Accurately count back change
• Communicate effectively
• Navigate using good navigation skills
• Have a cell phone with a data plan (reimbursement provided)
