The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization. With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system. The ELearning Specialist plays a key role in helping the CareConnect Program meet the objectives for clinical end users during implementation of the Epic electronic health record as well as with subsequent optimizations and upgrades. This person will focus on learning the creation of eLearnings as a method of training the end user. ELearnings will be used as both standalone training and supplemental training. The ELearning Specialist is responsible for content discovery which includes working with the appropriate teams to fact find and approve content. This position also requires the development of the ELearning including publishing to the appropriate LMS. This position requires a mastery of Captivate software and knowledge of ITS systems (Epic, scanning, onbase, etc.)
