About The Position

Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of premium glass products, trusted by renowned clients such as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others. Founded in 2017 in New York, the company now operates across the United States, delivering high-quality glass solutions for both residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a eLearning Developer & L&D Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality digital training content, transitioning existing programs to an eLearning format, and managing course deployment through the LMS. We’re open to candidates with either a technical orientation (comfortable with tools, systems, and visuals) or an L&D mindset (interested in instructional design, communication, and learner experience). This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in adult online learning using advanced tools and technologies. You will be responsible for creating impactful English-language training programs for employees across the U.S. and Europe.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Technical problem-solving ability and willingness to troubleshoot course functionality issues.
English language proficiency (B2 level +)
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools — or experience creating structured educational presentations (e.g., interactive PowerPoint decks, instructional slide shows, built-in LMS courses).
Understanding of instructional flow, visual hierarchy, and logic in content design.
Basic graphic and visual design skills, including the ability to create clean and visually appealing screen layouts.
Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and how training content is uploaded and managed.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude and motivation to grow in the fields of instructional design and e-learning.
Interest in using AI tools to support and optimize training development processes.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in developing eLearning content using Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, or equivalent tools.
Experience applying adult learning principles specifically within an e-learning or blended training format.
Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing workflows.
Proven experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, learner personalization, or automation of training delivery.
