About The Position

When an older adult’s care needs change, families often feel overwhelmed—by options, timelines, medical information, facility processes, and the emotional weight of making the “right” decision. The Elder Care Navigator is the steady guide through that complexity. In this role, you will serve as an advocate and experienced elder care professional on the legal team, working closely with key staff to facilitate all aspects of care planning. You’ll act as the liaison between the law firm, care facilities, and the client, helping families understand care options, supporting transitions, and ensuring the client’s voice and dignity remain central throughout the journey. You’ll thrive here if you’re energized by meaningful work, excel at building trust, and bring a calm, solutions-oriented presence to fast-moving situations.
