Requirements

Licensed by the State of Minnesota to teach ESL
Strong general academic background
Ability to relate positively to students, staff and community
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.
