Job Summary As a EKG Technologist (Cardiovascular Services Tech), you would perform non-invasive diagnostic examination for standard, STAT and pre-op EKGs per physician request. You would be responsible for reporting significant findings to physician for further patient evaluation and subsequent treatment. You will distribute EKG test results to the patient charts. Remain on standby for “Stroke alerts” and immediately report to area of urgency. You will demonstrate ability to troubleshoot the Muse Networking System and EKG equipment, as well as apply holter/event monitors. Requirements

Six months experience in patient care in a hospital
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Six months experience performing EKGs preferred.
