About The Position

The Replenisher accurately replenishes pick locations with products and rotates inventory throughout the warehouse, putting an emphasis on accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years direct receiving and operating a forklift preferably in the produce industry.
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving and storage processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of product types and the ability to make judgments on product quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, and have good organizational skills.
• Able to drive a Reach Truck.
• Able to lift and load cases onto warehouse shelves properly and safely.
• Ability to read put-away reports and match with slot location and case product description.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock various warehouse areas.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist other departments with work activities when required.
• Attend work regularly and on time as scheduled.
• Remove empty pallets and place them in a designated location based on the condition of the pallet when exchanging product in the picking slot.
• Operate Reach Truck in accordance with safety policies.
• Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control specialist.
• Clean out any debris from picking slot during the replenishment process.
• Perform any warehouse duty that may be necessary that contributes to providing customers with excellent service.
