Essential Functions Collect, sort, and stage plastic components and scrap materials from production lines. Transport materials to designated accumulation or processing areas using authorized equipment. Maintain FIFO practices and adhere to material flow standards consistent with TPS and plant procedures. Support recycling and waste-handling requirements by following established documentation processes. Perform routine removal of trash, scrap, and packaging materials from assigned manufacturing zones. Conduct basic visual checks to ensure materials are properly classified and contamination is minimized. Complete required logs, counts, or system entries to maintain material accuracy. Participate in company 5S and housekeeping programs. Communicate irregularities, shortages, or process issues promptly to the supervisor. Crosstrain to support material handling activities across other areas as needed.
