About The Position

Arcadis is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join their Digital EHS&S Team as an Implementation Specialist Consultant, focusing on the Cority EHS software. This team advises and assists clients with the deployment of enterprise EHS&S software solutions. In this role, the specialist will work with project teams to gather Occupational Health related business requirements, translate them into written specifications, and configure, test, and roll out EHS&S software and tools. The position involves supporting business leaders in the successful configuration, implementation, and deployment of EHS&S software tools, which may include developing specifications, system configuration, integration, system testing, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement, and improvements to meet client business objectives. The role requires a strong work ethic, a team player mindset, and excellent communication skills, involving effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing remote work with the ability to travel to an Arcadis office (25% per month), and may involve up to 10% travel to client sites and customer meetings.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working within and configuring EHS&S software solutions with a strong focus on Occupational Health modules and processes
3+ years of experience working with the Cority EHS software system.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with some of the following Occupational Health domains: medical surveillance, exposure monitoring, incident/illness management, occupational hygiene, fitness for duty, health risk assessments, case management, wellness programs, and compliance data management related to occupational health.
Strong work ethic and a team player mindset with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Work as part of teams that lead clients through the lifecycle of EHS&S software configuration and deployment, with a focus on Occupational Health.
Understand, refine, and document client needs and requirements in a design specification.
Support configuration teams, conduct system testing, create strategies, and execute system integration and data migration plans.
Perform final system preparation for go-live.
Serve in a configuration and deployment role for Occupational Health software systems and tools.
Provide strategic advice and directions to clients on best practices for system design and configuration.
Work directly with clients when defining and confirming their specific requirements.
Serve as a power user of collaborative technology and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures, with a focus on Occupational Health functionalities.
