About The Position

As an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist you will help safeguard our Fulfillment Center while creating a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Develop cutting‐edge environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs that keep our operations running smoothly. Lead proactive safety assessments, compliance audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards—and provide relevant solutions. Deliver engaging new-hire and ongoing safety training sessions on critical topics ranging from Lockout/Tagout to Fall Protection. Work on-site at our facility, improving our people's everyday safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in an industrial environment with a background in EHS program administration.
• Ability to present both technical and non-technical information.
• A collaborative spirit, with a commitment to encouraging a culture of safety and learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits to reduce hazards and enhance workplace safety.
• Be the primary facilitator for new-hire EHS orientation and targeted safety training programs.
• Conduct industrial hygiene tasks, ergonomic observations, and job hazard evaluations with applicable recommendations.
• Support incident reporting and accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions.
