Requirements

Experience in EHS, safety compliance, or industrial operations.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental standards.
Strong communication and training skills.
Ability to conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
Ability to influence culture and drive innovation in safety practices.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain EHS programs that reduce workplace injuries and illnesses and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Provide consultation to managers and employees on health, safety, and environmental issues, helping align site practices with corporate safety goals.
Conduct inspections and audits of warehouse or facility operations to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate site EHS activities, including training, reporting, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a strong safety culture, often through coaching, training, and implementing best‑in‑class safety practices.
Facilitate new safety approaches that combine technology and human‑centered solutions to improve workplace safety.
