Veolia Water Tech has an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated EHS professional to join our team as the EPP (Engineering and Procurement Projects) and T&;P (Technologies and Products) Fixed Facility EHS Leader. This position is a vital member of an interactive and supportive team responsible for providing comprehensive EHS leadership, guidance, support, and execution specifically for our fixed facility operations. The role requires a seasoned EHS professional with the expertise to identify and implement compliant, practical, cost-effective, and safe solutions that protect our employees, operations, and the environment. As the EHS leader for our fixed facilities, you will oversee critical safety aspects of production and equipment build processes, manage EHS compliance for wastewater treatment and neutralization systems, and develop essential protocols such as traffic management for facility operations. This position demands both technical proficiency and influential leadership capabilities. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and facility leadership teams to build and sustain a robust EHS culture throughout our fixed facility operations. Your responsibilities encompass conducting facility inspections, assisting in hazardous operations reviews, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
