About The Position

Our client, one of the largest air conditioning providers in the world, is seeking an EHS Manager. This role involves directing EHS activities for the entire plant to ensure the achievement of goals and compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and other regulatory requirements. The EHS Manager will spearhead initiatives related to a zero-incident EHS culture, conduct investigations, perform risk assessments, provide training, and take ownership of the OSHA 300 log. The position is a direct hire located in Smithfield, NC, with a salary range of $100k to $110k. While the primary shift is day shift, there is an expectation to be available before or after standard hours if needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
• Supervisory Experience
• ISO 9001 Certification Experience
• Workplace Safety & EHS Management Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• ISO 14001 Certification Experience
