As the EHS Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the company's safety culture, guiding a shift toward a more proactive and consistent approach across sites. You'll take the lead in rolling out new programs, developing innovative strategies, and writing detailed guidance that sets the standard for safety and environmental performance. This role offers the chance to work alongside a supportive and empowering leadership team, one that provides strong guidance without the need for micromanagement, allowing you to take ownership of the EHS strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of EHS, you will be instrumental in ensuring that programs are aligned with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations, while consistently driving continuous improvement in safety protocols.
