As the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager - Systems and Processes you are responsible for creating, overseeing, and implementing EHS policies, programs, and processes for Russell Stover with the EHS team and operational stakeholders. You will be developing, maintaining, and continually improving our systems, policies, programs, and processes to promote a culture of safety excellence and environmental performance. You will be an active leader and resource to operations, Safety Pillars, Safety Committee, and relevant teams. As EHS Manager - Systems and Processes, you must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of EHS systems, operationalization, training, performance criteria, risk assessment, data management, and analytics. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Environment, Health, and Safety.
