About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive EHS IT Project Manager & Scrum Master Support to manage and streamline our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and project reporting, and will support the delivery of high-value IT work in a hybrid/remote environment.

Requirements

Fully proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint.
Experienced in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and project management.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) domains, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Inventory and review existing EHS and EHS IT Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, including work items, bugs, tasks, and epics.
Triage and disposition break/fix and sustainment tickets (close, defer, reassign, or create knowledge base entries).
Develop and socialize a prioritization framework based on business value, effort, and risk.
Group work items into Epics/Features and align with logical releases.
Author and update user stories in ADO with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Produce and maintain a project plan covering roadmap, sprint schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
Provide stakeholder reporting on a weekly cadence, including status updates, burn-down charts, and key metrics.
Identify risks, maintain a risk register, and drive mitigation actions.
