Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years Health and Safety, Ergonomics, experience, preferably in an Injection Molding and Painting facility. / Sr. Designation requires minimum of 5+ years of experience along with advanced responsibilities assigned
Demonstrated strength with analytical/problem solving, oral and written communication, and organizational skills.
Must have working knowledge of Industrial Ergonomics.
Must have strong computer skills in a Windows platform.
Experience in computer skills such as Microsoft Word or Excel
Fluent in English (reading and writing).
Must have demonstrated leadership experience along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while sitting for up to eight (8) hours a day
Requires the ability to walk daily through plant floor operations and spend up to 2-4 hours at a time on the plant floor in performing safety activities.
The ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an infrequent basis.
Good vision at a close distance is required.
Must be capable of performing repetitive motion above and below shoulder height for up to eight (8) hours a day.
