About The Position

Requirements
- 1–2 years in Safety/Compliance; 2+ years of management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety preferred.
- OSHA 30-hour or 501/511 (Required within 6 months of hire).
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with KPA or similar EHS platforms preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- EMS, EMT, or medical background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver safety curriculum via LMS and in-person sessions for staff and supervisors.
- Manage HSE documentation, JHA assessments, and PPE recommendations.
- Partner with management to analyze safety data and reduce accident rates.
