To support Colton’s efforts to provide a safe environment for our employees, contractors, visitors and the surrounding community in cooperation with facility and corporate Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) objectives, targets and initiatives. This position will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with internal and external EH&S requirements at Colton and supports HR with new employee EHS Learning Paths. This leadership position will interact with hourly employees, HR, corporate functional leaders, facility leadership, regulatory officials, medical professionals, and all other positions within the Repair Center, as well as Operations staff throughout the organization. Key functional groups and customers for this position are EH&S, Operations and external regulatory agencies.
