About The Position

Skanska is searching for a dynamic EHS Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a company that builds things that matter and values its team. The individual starting in this role is typically someone coming out of the trades or a new graduate just starting in the field. The EHS Coordinator may report to a project based EHS Manager or be placed on a smaller project by themselves. Provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams and be an excellent role model for Skanska and subcontractor personnel. Support project teams in identifying and providing solutions for construction and environmental hazards. The EH&S Coordinator must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or EH&S or equivalent.
• Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams.
• Act as a role model for Skanska and subcontractor personnel.
• Support project teams in identifying and providing solutions for construction and environmental hazards.
