HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and people-centered EHR Training and Support Analyst to join our Northern California team. You’ll play a critical role in supporting staff across substance use disorder, mental health, and primary care programs by delivering expert training and responsive support for our EHR system. HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented EHR Training and Support Analyst to deliver high-quality training and responsive support for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Based in Northern California with a hybrid schedule, this role is responsible for onboarding new users, facilitating ongoing training, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about empowering staff through education and support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with EHR systems or comparable technology platforms.
  • Prior experience in training, teaching, or coaching others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask effectively.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially with diverse learners and teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Willingness to travel to Northern California service locations – San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Solano County.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Welligent or similar EHR platforms.
  • Familiarity with San Franscisco, San Mateo or Santa Clara County programs.
  • Background in behavioral or mental health non-profits.
  • Proficiency in course development tools such as Articulate 360 or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain engaging EHR training content for the agency’s Learning Management System (Relias).
  • Development and maintenance of training resources.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing EHR training for new and existing staff at all organizational levels.
  • Oversee and train the EHR Super User group providing guidance, resources and training.
  • Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for EHR Users across the agency.
  • Manage enrollment, tracking, and reporting for training participation and completion.
  • Provide in-person and remote EHR support to Northern California programs.
  • Triage and resolve EHR issues via the Welligent Help Center ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with EHR leadership and IT on technical escalations and system maintenance.
  • Monitor user activity to maintain system access integrity and compliance.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and agency-wide initiatives.
  • Identify trends and knowledge gaps through support interactions to inform training strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize workflows and improve the EHR user experience.
  • Support implementation of system upgrades or new functionality through training and communication.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinical and administrative staff.
  • Represent EHR interests in interdepartmental meetings and projects.
  • Promote the agency’s mission and values in all training, support, and communication efforts.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
