Job Summary: Leads the implementation and support of hospital information systems in the pharmacy space. Leads the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the existing systems and has an expert knowledge of the applications for support and troubleshooting. Liaises between technical support, customers, and project teams in the design, implementation, and training of our healthcare information systems and any new enhanced systems. Develops, recommends, and oversees implementation of policies and procedures for areas of responsibility. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.
