Our managed services team delivers outsourced IT and business services efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. A EHR Integration Architect supports and oversees the integration of TruBridge EHR system with other healthcare technologies. This role is part of Managed Services and involves managing client relationships, providing holistic expert knowledge of TruBridge architecture, and lead development of proactive compliance checks. Key areas of focus include system performance, user experience, monitoring, process improvement, and reporting. The role will develop and oversee integration strategies including domain, issue, and change control. Works with cross-functional teams that incorporate IT, clinical, financial, and business stakeholders. Partner with the Service Owner to ensure service deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value of Managed Services. Support internal and external client teams in understanding, designing, and validating integration points across solutions. Assist in developing application monitoring and problem management strategies to reduce interruptions and improve system performance.
