About The Position

Gritter Francona is looking for a Deployment Site Practitioner to help support the full lifecycle deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals. Job duties include but are not limited to: Lead and manage key domains—Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment—within a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation. Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization. Address risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Bring proven leadership in healthcare IT or EHR deployment, demonstrate expertise in your workstream domain, and manage large-scale, multi-site implementations. Contribute to transformative EHR efforts that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Previous Oracle EHR exposure HIGHLY PREFERRED
