As an EHR Certified Radiant Systems Analyst III, you will lead the implementation and support of hospital information systems. This role involves planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining existing systems while possessing a working knowledge of the applications for support and troubleshooting. You will act as a liaison between technical support, customers, and project teams in the design, implementation, and training of our healthcare information systems and any new enhanced systems. Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of Epic EHR system capabilities and functional use, you will develop, recommend, and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for areas of responsibility. In this position, you will serve as a senior member of the team, dedicated to the design, build, and testing of electronic documentation solutions that support clinical and revenue cycle workflow. You will lead project meetings and work cooperatively with team members to assign duties with the overall program and related projects with minimal managerial oversight. Your responsibilities will include facilitating application workflow design and application integration sessions, designing, configuring, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs/applications, and collaborating with technical teams to define hardware/network requirements and to research and problem-solve technical issues. You will also provide ongoing support for existing computer applications and support problem resolution, escalating issues to senior personnel when necessary.
