About The Position
This position formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The role involves devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsibilities include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The individual will perform and lead tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Additionally, the role is responsible for guiding and advising subject matter experts, team members, and end-users through analysis, definition, verification, and validation to ensure that the evolving application meets the strategic needs of the TCHHN.
