About The Position

Your combination of people skills and system administrator expertise makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. You'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning and identify opportunities for modernization. Requirements

  • Experience in Archer EGRC system.
  • Knowledge of installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining EGRC Archer system hybrid architecture, including both bare metal and PaaS.
  • Knowledge of principles of Archer domains.
  • Ability to administer EGRC Archer system accounts and create, track, and report workflows and approvals.
  • Ability to automate and support policy management authoring, staff communication and awareness, and established process for exceptions.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting day-to-day operations, including IT environment optimizations, workflow analysis, environment updates, technology alignment, incident workflow development, and configuring reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of DOE or DoD IT Infrastructure.
  • Ability to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Master's degree.
